Position 1 : Cisco L2 resource (IVR & CTI)
Experience:  2+ years
Skills :

1. CCNA certification is Must.
2. Possess strong troubleshooting skills & implement fixes / workarounds to restore operations with a high TAT
3. Implementing changes in a Cisco environment.
4. knowledge & understanding of Networking for a Cisco deployment
5. Flexibility to work in a 24 x 7 environment.
6. Cisco Gateways,Call Manager.

Preference will be given to those

1. Working with Cisco TAC & Cisco L3 towards problem escalation / resolution or deploying changes
2. With Knowledge of ICM Scripting and implementation of changes
3. Having Cisco CCVP certification
   

Position 2: Cisco L1 resource (IVR & CTI)
