J2EE Technical Consultant/Sr.Consultant/Lead 7-10 years - Immediate - Chennai - Ikas Technologies - 7-to-12 years of experience
Ikas Technologies , a leading IT Services company based in Chennai and Sweden is seeking suitable candidates for the position of Technical consultants/ Sr.Tech.Consultants/Techical Lead. The position is open for the Chennai Office.   Candidates should be hands on Practitioners of JEE technologies and will be responsible for Solution Architecture and development for our client's projects.

These are the immediate needs, Experience and Skills requirements follow: * 7-10 years of Object-Oriented software engineering experience; strong knowledge of design patterns, MVC, etc. Must be Technically hands on

* At least 5 years of experience working with a broad range of Java web and client/server technologies and tools like Spring, JPA, Hibernate, Struts, Web Services, JDBC, JMS, ESB etc combined with Database design and Development using Oracle or other RDBMS .

* Experience designing and developing complex commercial software products or services through multiple releases.

* Should have strong experience in developing applications using BEA Weblogic, Websphere or JBoss Application servers.

* Agile or Lean development experience, test driven development, Scrum is a plus.

* Any experience designing and developing Rich Internet Applications using AJAX is a plus   Candidates should have excellent communication and interpersonnel skills, used to working on collaborative teams in fast-paced environments.
