AYAN Infotech is a growing IT solution and resource provider in the Asia pacific region and is planning to expand its operations in India. Currently, we have the following requirements in our new office in Chennai.   A.Senior IT recruitment consultant   Responsibilities: 1. Work with existing clients to grow business in Australia, NZ, Malaysia, Singapore and India.

2. Develop and drive new business development initiatives

3. Utilise and grow our recruitment databases to its maximum capability.

4. Participate in think tank style marketing

5. Assist management with entrepreneurial ideas and business strategies.

6. General recruitment responsibilities.   Required Skills: 1. People with minimum 5 Years of IT recruiting experience.

2. Minimum 5 years of work experience in business development and cold desk.

3. Bachelors or masters degree with very good communication skills.

4. Ability to manage and work in a growing team.   B.Mid-level IT recruiter   Responsibilities: 1. General Recruitment responsibilities

2. Responsible for managing the complete sales cycle from prospect through to closure and ongoing client management. This includes attracting candidates, interviewing, and selection in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia and India.

3. Responsible for contract management, BGV and contractor induction.

4. Responsible for managing contractor payroll.   Required skills:

1. 2-4 years of IT recruiting experience

2. Good communication skills

3. Proven experience in on-shore and off-shore model.

Location : Chennai, India.
