Job Description

* Responsible for designing and building web pages and the back-end business logic for various application modules.

* Do a detailed design for modules that this person is responsible for.

* Perform unit test for the developed modules to ensure high quality of code.

* Ensure security and performance for all the developed modules.

* Maintain system integrity and take care of various system dependencies.

* Provide release notes for all checked-in code.

* 3+ years of experience in building web applications using PHP, MySQL and Apache.

* Strong analytical and problem solving skills.

* Bachelor degree in Computer Science, MCA or equivalent college degree.

* Strong database concepts and experience in MySQL.

* Experience in using Javascript and HTML in building web applications.

* Familiarity with PHP templates and smarty tags.

* Knowledge of using Ajax and other web 2.0 technologies..
