Hi All,

We are looking for Websphere Portal Professionals to join our Hyderabad Team by 4^th  week of March 2010.

Type of Position              :     Permanent/Contract is fine ( 6months to hire)

Location                            :    Hyderabad ( Willing to travel to US immediately for 3-6months)

Interview Process           :     2 levels of technical and 1 HR Interview

Interview Timings            :    10AM to 7PM ( except 1.00 to 2.00PM)

Experience                       :   3 to 10 years ( Relevant minimum 1 year in Portal)

Role required to Play       :     Developer/Sr.Developer/Lead

Job Responsibilities:

-       Work in a team of developers

-      Work under the guidance of lead or independently as the need be

Mandatory Skills

-      Strong written and oral communication skills

-      Must be a self-driven, very organized and able to work independently as well as in small groups, including customer’s technical and business employees

-      Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and desire to learn new skills

-      Understanding of software development life cycle

-      Strong experience with Java J2EE with focus on EJB, JSP, Servlet fundamentals

-      Knowledge of design patterns

-      Javascript

-      WebSphere Portlet programming hands-on experience using JSR 168 APIS

-      IBM RAD 7.x experience for developing Portlets

-      Hands-on experience on WCM. Knowledge on WCM APIS and menu components etc (WebSphere Content Management System) will be a plus

-      Knowledge of Struts, Hibenate and Spring Framework.

-      Knowledge on performance tuning

-      Build tools Maven OR ANT
